I opened them right in the store...and it only took one bite to realize how wonderful they tasted.

I've been dining on chestnuts since I was little. Usually we buy them and roast them ourselves, but the concept of just picking up your Chestnut pack to go - ready to eat, is simply a treat.

Dias Brand shelled chestnuts was a delicious introduction to raw chestnuts for me. I found them fresh, aromatic and natural straight out of the pack, with a pleasant, unique flavour. I imagine chestnuts being very tasty as a jam or spread for cakes and bread.

I can see why people incorporate them into a healthy, diet and use them to fuel their active lifestyles. I thought it made a perfect on-the-go snack, because it was nutritious but filling.

I picked up a bag of dried mixed fruit at the same time, which I must say was truly delicious. I'm going to purchase 100 bags to stock up for myself and my family and use them for my son's lunch boxes.
