Return & Exchange Policy
•Items purchased from our online store are eligible for returns or exchanges within a 5 days window starting from the date of delivery.
- It is important to ensure that the product is in unused condition, all tags remain intact, the packaging is in its original state, and the invoice is attached for a return or exchange.
- Please be aware that products purchased during sale events are not qualified for exchanges.
- Please note that the actual colors of the product may slightly differ due to factors like photographic lighting or monitor settings; exchanges are not permitted solely for this reason.
- Additionally, we recommend checking the product description on our website for information about any extra fabric or patches included with the product. Unless specified in the description, any surplus fabric or embellishments used during photoshoots will not be provided with the product.
LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN PAKISTAN):
- Full-priced items can be exchanged for a different size (if available) by returning the product to our online store via a local courier service within 1 week of the delivery date. Please note that the return courier charges will not be covered by DIA's BRAND.
- We provide free pick-up services for items in cases of wrong or defective product deliveries. The claim period for such issues is 5 working days from the date of delivery. Be aware that the replacement process may take up to 1 week depending on item availability.
- We do not offer courier service compensation if the customer sends back the item unless explicitly requested by our representative.
4.We kindly request our valued customers to strictly adhere to washing instructions. For unstitched articles, it is recommended to soak and dry the fabric before sewing to ensure any potential shrinking has already occurred.
5.Refunds for returned/exchanged items will be processed at the current exchange rate.
- Following the assessment of your returned product by our relevant team, you will have the option to receive an exchange or store credit (e-currency, applicable online) based on availability.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1.We do not offer Return and Exchange for International orders. In case of receiving a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement after necessary investigations. If the ordered product/size is out of stock, we will provide store credit or a full refund.
- Any discrepancies should be reported within 3 weeks of the online order's delivery. We cannot process exchanges or returns after this mentioned time period.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed at the current exchange rate.
- If the returned item goes on sale, the compensation will be based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.
- We monitor return activity and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at our online store.
Refund:
- Our policy typically does not allow refunds, except in exceptional cases such as product unavailability or defects. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within approximately two weeks. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- For out-of-stock items, a partial refund (for paid orders) will be credited after the remaining order is shipped. If the entire paid order is cancelled , the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.

DIA's BRAND disclaims responsibility for items bought from unauthorized sellers and individuals. We recommend ordering from our official website or authorized DIA's BRAND online store to ensure authenticity and genuine prices. Purchasing from unauthorized resellers, individuals, or social media pages is highly discouraged.
